Lucille M. Barbato

Lucille Marie Barbato was born and raised in the Bronx, and her heart will always remain there personally and professionally.

Lucille began her career in law when she was 16 years old as a legal secretary in a Bronx law office that specialized in personal injury cases. She worked her way through college and law school as a paralegal in that law office to supplement her academic scholarships. It was the ability to help people through the law that inspired her to become an attorney. She is the first person in her family to have done this.

Since 1985, Lucille has been active in the courts throughout the City of New York, especially in the Bronx, as a practicing attorney and trial lawyer specializing in personal injury lawsuits. She has tried numerous cases before a jury that resulted in 6 and 7 figure verdicts or settlements. She is passionate about the law, committed to excellence, and dedicated to helping the community. She firmly believes that all people deserve to be represented by an attorney who is not only knowledgeable and experienced, but also, kind and compassionate.
